• Cancellation policy: 24-hour notice required, 48-hour notice required for Religious and Bank Holidays. Guests who cancel their appointments without the above proper notice or no-show to their booked appointment time are considered a “no-show”. Your first no-show will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of appointment cost. Subsequent no-shows will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost.
• Late arrivals: please call us as soon as you feel you may be running late for your reserved appointment time. If possible, we will try to adjust our schedule so that we can perform your requested service. However, we will not be able to accommodate your entire service requested or we may need to reschedule to another day if your appointment begins to overlap another client scheduled appointment time.
